1- Every Allen key does not fit every Allen screw .
2- Two Allen screws hold the unit to the timing chain cover.
3- Two lengths of MS square bar, 2 Allen screws .
4- Remove the Allen screw and nut out of the auger and motor shaft.
5- It consists of four socket head cap screws ( Allen screws ) and lock washers.
6- The Allen screw heads can be on the front or rear face of the sprocket group.
7- They often have an adjustable front sight with an Allen screw and a rear sight with a retaining screw.
8- The bottom plate is connected to the bottom of the frame with two Allen screws as shown in Figure 8.
9- e bars together, file or mill a V notch straight across both about 30-50mm from one end, place bars end to end with the V notches lined up to form a square, drill and tap both sides of square to suit Allen screws , open up one pair of holes to clearance.
10- Remove the one (1) Allen screw rearward of the pushbutton release for the saddlebag lid securing the plastic under the passenger handle to the inner saddlebag.
11- With almost all seven and eight-speed cassettes, five or six sprockets will be held together by miniature Allen screws - these can be undone with the correct Allen key; sometimes it's a 1.5mm Allen key and occasionally something even smaller.
12- There are six Philips screws around the periphery of each board, and four Allen screws securing it to the heat transfer module.
13- Remove Allen screw and 5/16th inch nut which attaches the auger to the auger motor.
14- Then re-attach the auger shaft to the auger motor shaft using the 5/16th nut and Allen screw .
